Shipping

Helga ships within 3 days of receiving your payment. In Norway the parcel goes with Helthjem to your door (usually 2–5 days); abroad it goes with Posten. The shipping price is shown before you pay. Parcels leaving Norway may be charged import duties and VAT in the destination country – those are paid by you.

Payment

In Norway you pay with Vipps directly to Helga: you reserve the item, send the amount to her Vipps number and write the order code in the message. Please pay within 2 days, otherwise Helga may put the item back in the shop. Card payment is added when it becomes available. If you live outside Norway, send Helga a message and she will find a way for you to pay.

Right of withdrawal

You may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the item – no reason needed. Send Helga a message, return the item unused in its original condition (you pay the return postage), and she refunds the full price within 14 days of getting it back.

Every piece is handmade, so small variations are part of the work, not a fault. If something arrives damaged, send Helga a photo and she will sort it out.

Privacy

Your name, address, email and phone number are used only to ship your order and to contact you about it. Nothing is shared with anyone else, and nothing is used for marketing. The shop stores your language choice in a cookie – no tracking, no advertising cookies.
